Mr. Shaji N. George, the Chief Career Counsellor of Edifyze India, is a visionary educator, trainer and social leader with over three decades of distinguished experience in the fields of education, training, counselling and human development. He is widely respected for his unwavering commitment to leadership development, student empowerment and social transformation.

With more than 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Shaji N. George has dedicated his career to mentoring students, training educators and empowering professionals to realize their full potential. His work focuses on developing clarity of purpose, leadership qualities, communication excellence and career direction among learners.

Beyond his academic background, he has gained deep insights into human psychology and behavioural sciences through advanced training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Theme-Centered Interaction (TCI). By integrating these modern psychological approaches into education and training, he has developed highly effective methods for personal development, communication skills and leadership training.

Mr. Shaji N. George possesses extensive experience in corporate training, teacher development programs and student excellence initiatives. Over the years, he has designed and delivered transformational training modules that have positively impacted thousands of students, educators and professionals across various sectors.

One of his most passionate areas of work is Civil Services Foundation Training. With a strong belief in nurturing responsible leadership for the nation, he has developed a structured foundation program aimed at inspiring and motivating students to pursue careers in the Indian Civil Services. A comprehensive curriculum and syllabus designed by him has been successfully implemented in several schools, benefiting thousands of students and helping them develop a strong vision for public service.

A dynamic and multilingual public speaker, Mr. Shaji N. George has trained and mentored thousands of aspiring leaders, educators, students, and professionals, helping them build confidence, clarity and excellence in communication and leadership.

He is also the Founder and Chairman of the World Happiness Foundation, an initiative dedicated to promoting well-being, human values and social harmony. In addition, he serves as the National Executive General Secretary of the Newspapers Association of India (NAI), where he contributes significantly to intellectual leadership and institutional development.

Mr. Shaji N. George is also the Founder and Chairman of TiDCOS (Tourism & Infrastructure Development Multi-State Co-operative Society), one of India’s most ambitious tourism initiatives in the cooperative sector. TiDCOS is envisioned as a large-scale movement to redefine tourism-driven economic development through inclusive, community-based, and sustainable growth.
